We are a technology transformation firm working with India's family-owned businesses — the companies that built something real, and now need the systems to match.
Our clients are established, profitable, and privately held. They have grown on judgment, relationships, and the memory of a few long-serving people. That is a formidable foundation and an increasingly fragile one.
We work alongside promoters and the generation stepping in after them to make the business legible: diagnosed honestly, rebuilt where it matters, and documented so it can be handed over.
From first meeting to a working change your team can see, use, and judge us on.
Named on every engagement. The people you meet are the people who deliver.
The revenue from which we take on work. Past the point where one person can hold it all in their head.
What we find
We have walked enough plant floors, godowns, and accounts departments to recognise the pattern before we arrive. These are well-run companies. What they lack is visibility into how they are run.
A handful of long-serving people know how the company really works. Very little of it exists on paper.
The ERP was configured years ago for a smaller business, by an implementation partner who has since moved on.
Month-end close takes longer every year. The reasons are known informally, but never isolated or costed.
Departments track the same metric in different places, so meetings begin by agreeing which figure is right.
The practice
Sequence matters. We do not recommend systems before we have stood on the floor, and we do not leave before everything we built is documented and owned by someone inside your company.

Three weeks inside the business before we recommend anything. Plant, godown, accounts, sales desk. We map how work actually moves — not how the org chart says it does — and cost each place it slows down.

ERP selection, re-implementation, or rescue. Integration between the systems you have already paid for. We fix before we replace, and say plainly when replacing is the cheaper answer.

One set of numbers, published on a fixed day, that the promoter and the plant head both trust. Reporting, MIS, and a close that lands in three days instead of eleven.

Where nothing off the shelf fits, we build it — the specific tools your business actually needs, owned outright by you, and documented so the next generation can read, audit, and extend them.
Our view
Thirty years of judgment sits inside a handful of heads and a hundred spreadsheets. That was enough to build the company. It is not enough to scale it, and it is not enough to hand it over.
Most technology firms arrive at a family business with an answer already written. We think the harder and more valuable work happens earlier — in understanding a company well enough to know which single change is worth making first, and being willing to say when the honest answer is that no change is needed this year.
The method
Every engagement follows the same arc: understand first, commit to little, build one thing completely, and hand over the keys. Continuing and concluding are both normal outcomes.
We sit with the people doing the work. No questionnaires, no maturity scorecards. You receive a written diagnosis of where the business loses time and money, ranked by what it costs you.
Three interventions, costed, with the one we would do first clearly marked. If the honest answer is that you need nothing from us this year, we say so and stop here.
We deliver a single working change end to end, with your team beside us. Small enough to finish; visible enough that the floor believes the rest is possible.
Source code, documentation, training, and a named owner inside your company for every system and tool we built. You own what we make. Then we either scope the next phase or leave.
Fit
We take on a small number of engagements at a time, because all three partners are personally involved in each one. Being clear about fit early saves everybody a quarter.
Our people
NWG is named for its partners, in the convention of the professional firms our clients already trust. The names on the door carry the reputational risk personally.

Partner — Strategy & Capital
Founding partner at Allocator One Bharat, a SEBI-registered fund investing in India's emerging venture managers, and at Infra One, its fund infrastructure platform. He has spent his career reading businesses from the outside in — where value sits and where it leaks — and brings that lens to the diagnostic.

Partner — Operations & Execution
A serial entrepreneur who has taken businesses from first hire to functioning organisation, Mohit owns delivery at NWG. He is the partner who makes sure change survives contact with the floor — people trained, owners named, and the new way of working outlasting the engagement.

Partner — Technology & Infrastructure
Arun has built and run technology infrastructure across financial services, real estate, and biotech. He is the partner who sits with your IT team and your CFO in the same meeting and translates between them. At NWG he owns architecture, systems selection, and everything we build.
Our locations
Three weeks, a fixed fee, and a written view of what your business is losing and where. No commitment to anything after it — the diagnosis is a deliverable, not a sales document.
